Our distinct AVGateway is an elegant, effective, and reliable solution for OEM (original equipment manufacturer) Audio and Video integration, which allows you to add aftermarket MP3 Players, CD/MD changers, Satellite Radio Receivers, Video Cassette Players, DVD Players, and Game Systems.
AVGateway is an innovative integration solution for most Toyota/Lexus, Nissan/Infiniti, and Honda/Acura vehicles, currently developed for Toyota/Lexus only. It connects directly to the vehicle's Audio-Video Communication network and is recognized by the vehicle's Head Unit as a native OEM device.
AVGateway maintains the full functionality of all factory-installed devices such as CD player/CD changer, Radio (with and without steering wheel controls), Navigation System with touch screen, and Rear Entertainment System. At the same time it allows you to integrate Auxiliary inputs such as iPod™, XM Satellite Radio, Sirius Satellite Radio, an external Audio/Video source, and Rearview and "Baby" cameras into the factory system. The main advantage of the AVGateway is that it does not alter your existing factory Audio/Navigation system; it operates as a bridge between the OEM system and aftermarket Audio/Video equipment. AVGateway is designed to work with Toyota/Lexus vehicles equipped with or without the Navigation System.

History
VAIS Technology, was founded in 2003 in intention to address embedded system design needs in the industrial, commercial and consumer markets.
In 2003 and 2004 VAIS Technology was developing unique high expertise devices, and eventually went into production in January of 2005. As a company with quickly growing customer base and dealer network, and our main field of expertise in Lexus/Toyota Audio/Video integration solutions we have been growing tremendously since the introduction of our unique and innovative technology.
Uniqueness of our technology is compatibility with vehicles with or without Navigation system. Our top seller is iPod and XM Radio integration, with Text capability. Based on our knowledge we are the only company on the US market that owns such technology. Our products have been successfully sold through our dealers network and end customers.
