The following are the details for our policies:

Shipping Policy

Wholesale Car Stereo's primary Distribution territory is California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. We can provide overnight shipping to these states

Southern California customers can enjoy free freight for orders exceeding $1200. *

Most orders placed before 3:00 P.M. PST Monday thru Friday will ship same day. If you order on Friday before 3:00 P.M, Saturday delivery is available for a fee of $15.00. [CA/AZ/NV/UT only]

Items are specified as “Usually Ships in 5 to 7 Days” will usually ship within that time. You will be notified of any unexpected back orders or shipping delays as soon as they are discovered.

We only ship the business address you gave us on the Dealer Application. We do not drop ship to retail customers. We require a signature on all deliveries.

Some vendors have territory restrictions, so not all products are available in all areas. If your business is outside of California, please contact us to see if we can ship products to your state.

Products shipped by us are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it from the carrier report the damage to the driver before he leavesand indicate the condition of the package on your receipt If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and Wholesale Car Stereo immediately. Damage claims are handled through the carrier. Be sure to retain all boxes and packing materials for carrier inspection.

Claims for missing items or damaged shipments must be reported to Wholesale Car Stereo within 2 days of order delivery or they will be rejected.

Return Policy

All sales are final. There are no returns.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All product sold by Wholesale Car Stereo comes with the full manufacturer's warranty. Defective products will be either exchanged or repaired as per the manufacturers warranty guidelines. We will check all defective units before we exchange or send the product out for service. Units that we cannot duplicate the problem on will be returned to you. All warranty products returned to us for service must have an RMA listed on the outside of the box. To get an RMA, please call us at (888) 212-1213. Department hours are: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. PST – Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for the shipping charges on any exchanged or defective products. For faster service, please refer to the warranty card included with your product or contact the manufacturer's warranty department directly.
